The General Meeting is the supreme body of OSDEL. Members of the General Meeting include writers, translators, journalists, columnists and publishers, who meet the relevant conditions provided for in OSDEL’s articles of association.

OSDEL is managed by a 12-member Board of Directors, which is elected by the General Meeting every three years. At the same time, the General Meeting elects a three-member Supervisory Board, which monitors and oversees the Management, as well as all of the Organisation’s activities.
