The Supervisory Board consists of three members (one author, one publisher and the third member may be either an author or a publisher), who are elected by the General Meeting.

The role of the Supervisory Board is primarily to oversee the actions of the Board of Directors and to ensure compliance with the provisions of the articles of association and the decisions of the General Meeting.
