The subject of the assignment contract is the rights that, by law or for practical reasons, a publisher cannot manage alone. For a detailed list of the rights managed by OSDEL, please click here.

Key features of the contract:

• It is non-exclusive, meaning that, in practice, you may grant a licence for any rights yourself, alongside OSDEL.
• Its term is three years and it is automatically extended unless you notify us that you do not wish to extend the contract at least three months before its expiry date.
• You may assign all or part of the rights contained in the contract to OSDEL.
• You may terminate the contract or withdraw any specific right at any time. Termination takes place by notification in writing and becomes effective three months after receipt of the notice by the Management Organisation.
